The people are wonderful! We don’t live close by and could go somewhere closer to home, but I do the drive because the doctor is awesome and the people working there are so friendly and knowledgeable. The office was redone and is so nice and clean -
Dr. Pancko is very professional and personable. As an older adult I have been very happy with my experience at this office. The staff is great and I have always been seen promptly.

One of the nicest, cleanest office I’ve been to. I felt comfortable, at ease & welcomed! The staff is exceptional, very knowledgeable & pleasant. This is my second visit & usually I don’t make it to a second appointment.

I went to this office because I want traditional braces. At first everything was going very well. The inside of the office is clean, all the equipment seems modern and is very nice to look at. The woman that took my X-rays and digital scan was very nice. She has a welcoming demeanor and she was highly informative. I wish I remembered her name, she has long locs. She told me that traditional braces could definitely do the job of closing my completely open smile. She explained the process and how long it may take. I was so excited. Then the doctor comes in (again, don’t remember her name) and tells me she thinks Invisalign will be better for me. I 100% DO NOT WANT Invisalign. The doctor is unwilling to service me because I don’t want Invisalign. You cannot FORCE me to get something because you feel it will be easier. Then to deny me service!?! Absolutely outrageous! Completely ruined my experience and it was a huge disappointment after waiting 3 weeks for appointment!
