The Team

I have spent the majority of my professional career in Orthodonticc. I work to help make your experience here the most enjoyable as possible.

I´ve been doing orthodontics for 2 years. My favorite part of working is meeting new people and being able to help the patients.

I fell in love with orthodontics four years ago. I love this field, because I get to see transformations from start to finish. We are smile enhancers. Catch me chilling with my one eye cat Fettywop in my spare time.

While working here at Wilmington Orthodontics I´ve learned so much about how unique each smile is and how we can help our patients achieve their own perfect smile. One fun fact about me is that I know how to Irish Stepdance! Carch me in St. Patty´s day jigging it up!

I have been working at the Wilmington orthodontic center for the last two years and I love being a part of the smile transformations. I love the dental field and I am studying to become a dental hygienist. During my free time, I run after my energetic little boy.

Trish has 16 plus wonderful years in orthodontics. She started in general dentistry but, quickly fell in love with orthodontics and have been doing it ever since. Our patients are like family to her and she love being a part of the process to create the smile they have always wanted.

What I love about working in the Orthodontic field is that orthodontic treatment has a direct and positive impact in the lives of our patients. Improving smiles grows patients confidence and allow them to share their smile more often.

Dr. Nancy Pancko, originally from New Jersey went to Rutgers University where she majored in Biology and Psychology. During that time she learned two languages, Spanish and Catalan and was able to travel the world. After her international experience, Dr. Pancko returned to New Jersey but after a few years decided to settle in the Wilmington area with her husband and son.

“Creating healthy and beautiful smiles brings me happiness and I strive to make Orthodontic treatment fun and enjoyable by providing excellent care in a friendly and compassionate environment. Since our patients are our top priority, we will continue to accept all major insurance plans as well as being able to communicate to your Spanish speaking patients”

During her free time, Dr. Pancko likes to continue to learn about her speciality in orthodontics and is involved with many education courses and meetings. She also like to travel, run marathons for charity and to paint.

Dr. Pancko is looking forward to meeting with you!
